Return Policy
- Please check the following immediately upon receipt of merchandise:
- correct merchandise
- defects and damages
- The following are the only situations where we will accept returns :
- Defective or damaged goods
- Wrong merchandise delivered
- Under no circumstance will returns be accepted after 30 days.
- All items are warranted for 30 days from normal wear and tear.
- All items found to be defective will be fixed and or replaced with the same merchandise.
- How to return:
- Customer shall send an email at jamesl@embroidme.ca and the reason for the return
- Reason will be verified and an email will be sent to the customer with a Return Merchandise number (RMN).
- Customer shall send the merchandise together with a sheet of paper containing the RMN to Jacqueline Hibbert at the Ordan Office via truck mail.
